- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare the meatball mixture by combining ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and cook them in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown.
- Make the garlic butter sauce by melting remaining butter, adding minced garlic, and stirring in heavy cream and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the linguine in salted water until al dente, reserving some pasta water.
- Combine the cooked linguine with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed, and top with meatballs and garnish.
