Description
A delicious dish featuring garlic butter sausage bites served with creamy Parmesan pasta.

- 1 lb (450g) turkey sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (your choice)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the turkey sausage pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and dried thyme. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it in the creamy sauce, coating it evenly.
- Add the browned sausage bites back into the skillet, mixing them with the pasta and sauce.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to use any type of pasta you prefer.
- For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes.
- This dish can be made with chicken or pork sausage as well.
