Description

Garlic Butter Shrimp Stuffed Peppers are a delicious and quick dish featuring flavorful shrimp mixed with garlic, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese, all stuffed into tender bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, then remove shrimp and chop into small pieces.
  5. In a bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stuff the bell peppers with the shrimp mixture and place in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until peppers are tender.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
