Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delightful fusion of comfort food that combines the classic cheeseburger with a twist of garlic and Parmesan goodness, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes, and drain excess grease.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
- Take a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the bombs, and brush the tops with melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake until golden brown.
Notes
- Let the beef mixture cool slightly before assembling the bombs.
- Leftover filling can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
- These bombs are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven but can be reheated.
- For a crispy bottom, consider placing the bombs directly on the baking sheet.
- Experiment with different herbs and spices in the beef mixture.
