Ingredients
- Clear glass or plastic jar with lid
- Warm water
- Vegetable oil
- Food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- Fill your jar about ¾ full with warm water.
- In a small bowl, mix 2–3 tablespoons of vegetable oil with small drops of glow-in-the-dark paint (and a few drops of food coloring if desired). Stir well.
- Pour the oil and paint mixture gently into the jar of warm water.
- Observe the oil floating and the glow paint droplets bursting and swirling.
- Turn off the lights to watch the glowing effect.
- Charge the jar under a lamp or use a blacklight for enhanced glow.
