Description

A festive and delicious treat that combines Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts coated in melted white chocolate and topped with Christmas sprinkles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Chex mix
  • 2 cups popcorn
  • 2 cups pretzels, gluten free if desired
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 9 oz white chocolate, dairy free if desired
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts to a large bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil by your preferred method.
  3. Pour the white chocolate over the mix, and stir together, making sure to coat all the pieces.
  4. Fold in sprinkles and any other add in’s you’d like.
  5. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free white chocolate.
  • Feel free to customize with other favorite holiday toppings or mix-ins.
