- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Add them to a large bowl.
- Add the olives and gently mix in the feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss lightly.
- Let the salad rest for 10 minutes before serving.
