- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder, almond flour or oat flour, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, or additional toppings if desired.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is just set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Place the pan on a wire cooling rack and let brownies cool completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into 12 squares for best texture.
Notes
- For extra fudginess, do not overbake the brownies.
