Description

A refreshing and healthy treat made with green tea, lemon, and ginger, offering a natural sweetness and unique flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 5 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea (4 tea bags)
  • 1/3 cup ginger juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour water in saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on top. Let bloom 5 mins.
  2. Brew tea with 4 bags, measure 1/2 cup strong tea.
  3. Add tea, ginger & lemon juice to gelatin. Heat on low until dissolved (don’t boil).
  4. Sweeten with honey if desired.
  5. Pour into silicone molds or greased dish.
  6. Refrigerate 2+ hours until firm.
  7. Pop from molds or cut into squares.
  8. Store airtight in fridge (1 week).
