A delightful summer treat featuring grilled nectarines paired with creamy burrata and drizzled with honey.

- 4 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 balls burrata cheese (about 4 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
- Fresh basil or mint leaves, for garnish
- Optional: crushed pistachios or toasted walnuts for crunch
- Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat grill: Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Lightly brush cut sides of nectarines with olive oil.
- Grill the nectarines: Place nectarines cut side down on the grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes until grill marks appear and fruit is slightly softened.
- Plate it up: Place grilled nectarines on a serving platter. Tear the burrata and arrange over or beside the nectarines.
- Finish and serve: Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with flaky salt, and add herbs, black pepper, and optional nuts or balsamic glaze. Serve immediately while warm.
