Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.

- Remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta on top. Let it gently melt into the skillet.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm, as-is or with crusty bread.
Notes
- This dish can be served on its own or with crusty bread for a more filling meal.
- Feel free to adjust the spices and feta to your taste preference.
