- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ground turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined into a consistent mixture.
- With moist hands, shape the turkey mixture into four patties, each about ½ inch thick.

- Ensure the patties are uniform in size for even cooking.
- Serve with your favorite sides or on a bun.
