Description

Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  4. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm.
