  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the onion, garlic, and ginger, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), stirring to coat the turkey and vegetables evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
  7. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles for a complete meal.
