- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Arrange the sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake them for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add some oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add cubed chicken breast to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken until no longer pink and golden brown, which should take about 7-8 minutes.
- Pour your preferred buffalo sauce over the chicken and cook for an additional minute to coat the chicken evenly.
- Once the sweet potato fries are done baking, carefully remove them from the oven.

- Return the baking sheet to the oven and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
