Description

A rich, creamy, and utterly irresistible no-bake dessert layered with buttery graham cracker crust, fluffy peanut butter mousse, and silky chocolate ganache. Perfect for potlucks, parties, or satisfying that chocolate-peanut butter craving!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • ½ cup heavy cream

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped peanuts

  • Mini Reese’s pieces or cups

  • Chocolate curls or drizzl

Instructions

1. Make the Crust

In a mixing bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13″ dish. Chill for 10 minutes to set.

2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer

Beat peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

3. Make the Chocolate Ganache

Heat the heavy cream until steaming (not boiling). Pour over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy. Allow to cool slightly.

4. Assemble

Pour ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.

5. Chill & Serve

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture. Top with optional toppings before serving.

Notes

Let the ganache cool slightly before pouring to avoid melting the peanut butter layer.

Use a sharp knife wiped clean between cuts for perfect slices.

You can use store-bought crust if short on time.
