Ingredients

Instructions
- Using a food processor, blender, or jar: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Blend, process, or shake vigorously until smooth and emulsified.
- Using a whisk: In a bowl, mix lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- While whisking continuously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is fully emulsified.
- Chill the dressing in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- Drizzle over your favorite salad and enjoy.
