Honey Pepper Chicken served over creamy garlic butter pasta, a delightful and satisfying dish.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- Salt, pepper & paprika
- 1/2 cup flour (or cornstarch for crispiness)
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Fry the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge in flour and pan-fry in oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- Make the Honey Pepper Sauce: In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, black pepper, hot sauce, and garlic. Simmer until slightly thickened. Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
- Make the Creamy Pasta Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until creamy. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
- Plate & Serve: Serve creamy garlic pasta with honey pepper chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use cornstarch instead of flour for the chicken.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce in the honey pepper sauce to your desired spice level.
- Fresh parsley can be substituted with basil for a different flavor.
