Description

Honey Pepper Chicken served over creamy garlic butter pasta, a delightful and satisfying dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • Salt, pepper & paprika
  • 1/2 cup flour (or cornstarch for crispiness)
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Fry the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge in flour and pan-fry in oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  3. Make the Honey Pepper Sauce: In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, black pepper, hot sauce, and garlic. Simmer until slightly thickened. Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
  4. Make the Creamy Pasta Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until creamy. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
  5. Plate & Serve: Serve creamy garlic pasta with honey pepper chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, use cornstarch instead of flour for the chicken.
  • Adjust the amount of hot sauce in the honey pepper sauce to your desired spice level.
  • Fresh parsley can be substituted with basil for a different flavor.
