Description
Korean BBQ Meatballs are savory meatballs coated in delicious BBQ sauce, served with a spicy mayo dip for a perfect appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or pork)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, and soy sauce until just combined.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.
- Glaze the meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes if desired.
- Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha to make the spicy mayo dip.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm with the dip.
Notes
- Adjust Sriracha in the dip to control spice level.
- These meatballs can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
