Description

Korean BBQ Meatballs are savory meatballs coated in delicious BBQ sauce, served with a spicy mayo dip for a perfect appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or pork)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, and soy sauce until just combined.
  2. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.
  4. Glaze the meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes if desired.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha to make the spicy mayo dip.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm with the dip.

Notes

  • Adjust Sriracha in the dip to control spice level.
  • These meatballs can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
