Description

A refreshing twist on the classic mojito using limoncello for a zesty flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup to release their flavor.
  2. Add the white rum and limoncello to the shaker, along with a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Shake the ingredients well until chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Top off the glass with club soda, leaving some space at the top.
  6. Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Garnish the Limoncello Mojito with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.

Notes

  • For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of simple syrup to taste.
  • Fresh mint leaves can be gently bruised for extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste.
