A refreshing twist on the classic mojito using limoncello for a zesty flavor.

- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1 oz limoncello
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup to release their flavor.
- Add the white rum and limoncello to the shaker, along with a handful of ice cubes.
- Shake the ingredients well until chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top off the glass with club soda, leaving some space at the top.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Garnish the Limoncello Mojito with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of simple syrup to taste.
- Fresh mint leaves can be gently bruised for extra flavor.
