Ingredients

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

½ cup chopped green onions (for topping)

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef & Bacon
