I mean… pasta + bacon + cheeseburger vibes + creamy alfredo sauce? It’s basically all the best things in life coming together in one pan. ????


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta, cooked (penne, rotini, or elbow work great)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup chopped green onions (for topping)


Necessary Equipment

  • Large skillet or sauté pan

  • Saucepan (for the alfredo)

  • Large mixing spoon

  • Pot for boiling pasta

  • Strainer

  • Knife & cutting board


Instructions

1. Cook the Beef & Bacon

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.

  • Drain excess fat and set aside.

  • In the same or separate skillet, cook bacon until crispy.

  • Let cool slightly, then crumble.

2. Make the Alfredo Sauce

  • In a saucepan, add heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often.

  • Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Stir until completely melted and smooth.

3. Combine Everything

  • In a large bowl or skillet, combine cooked pasta, beef, bacon, and green onions.

  • Pour in the cheese sauce and stir until everything is fully coated and creamy.

4. Serve & Enjoy

  • Dish it up while it’s hot! Garnish with extra cheese or a few more green onions if desired.
