Description

Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken is a delicious and crispy chicken dish, featuring a blend of savory cheeses and Italian seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan cheese, and seasonings in one dish.
  3. Beat eggs and milk in another dish.
  4. Put flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Cook chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer cooked chicken to a baking dish.
  8. Mix remaining Parmesan cheese with mozzarella and minced garlic.
  9. Top the chicken with the cheese mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

  • Make sure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
