Description

Ingredients

  • 4 strips Crispy bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then add salt and pepper.
  4. Combine the cooked beef mixture with the egg mixture.
  5. Add crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese to the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set.
  8. 10 minutes before slicing, let it set up a bit more for easier serving.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
