- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 strips Crispy bacon
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then add salt and pepper.
- Combine the cooked beef mixture with the egg mixture.
- Add crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set.
- 10 minutes before slicing, let it set up a bit more for easier serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
