Instructions
- Set the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate cleanup.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to form a balanced glaze.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss thoroughly to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the glaze.
- Arrange the coated florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through for uniform browning and texture.
- Once golden brown and tender, remove from the oven. Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for added brightness.
