Description

Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Delight is a delicious roasted cauliflower dish featuring a sweet and spicy glaze made with maple syrup and Sriracha sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to form a balanced glaze.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss thoroughly to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the glaze.
  4. Arrange the coated florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through for uniform browning and texture.
  5. Once golden brown and tender, remove from the oven. Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for added brightness.
