- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pound button mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Marinate the Mushrooms: Coat mushrooms in marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-3 hours.
- Soak the Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Get your grill ready at medium-high heat.
- Assemble the Skewers: Thread marinated mushrooms onto the skewers, spacing them apart.
- Grill the Mushrooms: Cook on the grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley, and serve.
