Description

A delicious and easy treat made with chia seeds, coffee, cocoa powder, and topped with Greek yogurt and chocolate shavings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Greek yogurt, coffee beans, and chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar, whisk together the milk, coffee, and cocoa powder.
  2. Add chia seeds and maple syrup, and stir well.
  3. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with your chosen toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and yogurt.
  • Can be prepared a day in advance for a quick breakfast or snack.
