A delicious and easy treat made with chia seeds, coffee, cocoa powder, and topped with Greek yogurt and chocolate shavings.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Greek yogurt, coffee beans, and chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mason jar, whisk together the milk, coffee, and cocoa powder.
- Add chia seeds and maple syrup, and stir well.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Top with your chosen toppings before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and yogurt.
- Can be prepared a day in advance for a quick breakfast or snack.
