- ¼ cup (62 g) coarse ground Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the Kielbasa into ¼-inch slices, but not all the way through using chopsticks or skewers as a guide.
- Slice sausage crosswise into 1-inch bite-sized pieces for about 40 bites total.
- In a small bowl, combine mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- Add mayonnaise to the first bowl of mustard mixture to make the dipping sauce; stir and refrigerate.
- Brush half of the second bowl of mustard sauce over the Kielbasa bites.
- Arrange Kielbasa bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove bites, brush with reserved mustard sauce, garnish with parsley (optional), and serve warm with mayo dip.
Notes
- Ensure not to cut through the Kielbasa completely to hold the flavors in.
