- 2 tsp vanilla extract (McCormick pure vanilla extract)
- 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint flavoring
- 10 drops red food color
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip, thawed)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add food coloring, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract, and mix until uniform. Fold in ½ cup of peppermint candy bits.
- Gently combine the cream cheese mixture with the whipped heavy cream using low speed until smooth.
- Pour the combined mixture into the Oreo crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle crushed peppermint over the top. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
