- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (finely crushed)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (for coating)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by clearing your counter and gathering all the ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, and fresh orange juice. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Use your hands or a small scoop to form small balls (about one inch in diameter) and roll them gently for a smooth finish.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until completely smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork; allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place coated truffles on parchment paper and sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs or orange zest while still wet.
- Refrigerate truffles for at least 30 minutes until firm before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute dark or milk chocolate for the coating if preferred.
