Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine whole milk and heavy cream. Heat until steaming but not boiling.
