  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (for the sauce)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
  3. Coat the chicken with the Parmesan and panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
