A delightful homemade peppermint mocha coffee creamer that adds a festive flavor to your coffee.
Ingredients

- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
- ½ cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼–½ tsp peppermint extract (start small — it’s strong!)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, cream, cocoa powder, and sweetener over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until fully combined and heated through — don’t boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, peppermint extract, and salt.
- Let cool, then transfer to a clean glass jar or bottle.
- Store in the fridge for up to 7–10 days. Shake well before each use.

- Adjust sweetener to taste based on your preference.
- Begin with a smaller amount of peppermint extract, as it has a strong flavor.
