A delicious twist on traditional grilled cheese, combining pepperoni and pizza flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices mozzarella (or 1/2 cup shredded)
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1/2 ounce pepperoni
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice buttered-side down in the pan.
- Layer with half the cheese, half the sauce, all pepperoni, remaining sauce, and remaining cheese.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered-side up.
- Cook until golden brown and cheese melts, about 2-4 minutes per side.
