A delicious and unique salad combining the flavors of pickles, pasta, bacon, and a creamy dressing.

- 8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- ½ cup bacon bits
- 1 cup pickle brine
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 cups chopped pickles
- 1 cup mayo
Instructions
- Boil the pasta based on the directions on the box. Once done, drain it and cool it under cold water before moving it to a big bowl.
- Grab a smaller bowl and whisk mayo, sour cream, pickle liquid, and ranch mix until smooth and creamy.
- In the bowl with the pasta, stir in the chopped pickles, cheese cubes, bacon bits, and the dressing you made. Add dill and mix everything well.
- Pop it in the fridge for 4-6 hours before eating.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon bits.
- Adjust the amount of pickle brine according to your taste preferences.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
