Description
Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Wraps are a delicious combination of flavors, featuring tender pulled pork, creamy macaroni and cheese, and a tangy barbecue sauce all wrapped in a flour tortilla.

- 2 burrito-sized tortillas
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 ounces plain pulled pork, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded triple cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place the tortilla on a plate or board and cut a slit from the outside edge to the middle, ensuring not to go past the middle.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the bottom left corner of the tortilla.
- Spread another tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the top left corner and top it with 2 ounces of pulled pork.
- Place 1/4 cup of macaroni and cheese in the top right corner.
- Add half of the shredded cheese to the bottom right corner.
- Fold the tortilla up starting from the bottom left corner and going clockwise. Repeat the process with the other tortilla and fillings.
- Cook in a panini press or a hot buttered skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of barbecue sauce according to your taste.
- You can substitute pulled pork with chicken or beef if desired.
- Add additional toppings like jalapeños or onions for an extra kick.
