A delightful fall treat combining popcorn with a sweet pumpkin spice caramel.
Ingredients

- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, corn syrup, and pumpkin spice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the popcorn onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with roasted pumpkin seeds.
- Let the popcorn cool before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the popcorn is not salted for a better caramel flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
