Description

A deliciously simple recipe featuring chicken breasts wrapped in crispy bacon with ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 chicken breasts, no skin or bones
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 9 bacon strips
  • 2 tbsp ranch-flavored seasoning mix
  • 2 tsp powdered onion
  • 2 tsp powdered garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • A pinch of salt, as preferred
  • Ground black pepper for taste

Instructions

  1. Cut each chicken breast into 3 even pieces. Pour olive oil on them and rub it in. Sprinkle both sides with the ranch mix, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each chicken piece. Put them into a lightly greased 9×13 dish.
  3. Bake the dish at 375°F (190°C) for about 30-35 minutes. To crisp up the bacon, turn on the broiler for a minute or two at the end.

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • For best results, use thick-cut bacon.
