- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced (nectarines work too)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (or honey for a healthier option)
- 4 cups water (sparkling water for a fizzy version)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Fruits: Wash raspberries and slice peaches into thin wedges.
- Make the Fruit Puree: Blend raspberries and peaches until smooth. Strain if desired.
- Mix the Lemonade: In a pitcher, combine fruit puree, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add Water: Pour in water and mix well. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice and garnish with mint.
