Instructions
- Prepare the Red Velvet Cake Base: Sift together dry ingredients, whisk wet ingredients, combine, and pour into a springform pan.
- Make the Strawberry Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, add powdered sugar and vanilla, stir in pureed strawberries, whip cream, and fold into the mixture.
- Assemble the Cheesecake Layers: Once the cake is cooled, spread the cheesecake filling on top.
- Bake the Cheesecake: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Chill and Decorate: Garnish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream before serving.
