A refreshing and cool homemade slurpee made with ripe peaches, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar, adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 cup water or peach juice
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water or peach juice. Blend until smooth.
- Gradually add the ice cubes to the blender and blend until you reach a slushy consistency. You may need to adjust the amount of ice based on your desired thickness.
- Pour the slush into cups and garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately for the best texture.
Notes
- Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of your peaches.
- You can use frozen peaches for a colder slush.
- Variation: Add other fruits such as mango or berries for a mixed fruit slurpee.
