Description

A refreshing and cool homemade slurpee made with ripe peaches, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water or peach juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water or peach juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the ice cubes to the blender and blend until you reach a slushy consistency. You may need to adjust the amount of ice based on your desired thickness.
  3. Pour the slush into cups and garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately for the best texture.
