Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the pears thinly, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Assemble the flatbread by placing it on a baking sheet and spreading the pear and cranberry mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes until the Brie is melted and the edges are golden brown.
