Delicious smoked bacon mac cheeseburger stuffed pepper bombs that combine the flavors of a cheeseburger with creamy macaroni and cheese, all encased in a tender bell pepper.

- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onions until browned, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the prepared bell peppers and top with breadcrumbs.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour.
- Remove from the smoker and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to customize the filling by adding other ingredients like jalapeños or different cheeses.
- Ensure the bell peppers are firm to hold the stuffing.
