Description

Ingredients

  • Two packages of 14-ounce smoked sausage
  • 2 cups of barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a flat grill pan with nonstick spray and preheat the barbecue grill on low heat.
  2. Cut each smoked sausage link into small, bite-sized chunks.
  3. Put the sausage pieces in a big bowl and mix in the barbecue sauce until everything’s well coated.
  4. Place the marinated sausage pieces on the grilling pan and cook them, turning often, until they’re warm and caramelized.
  5. Refrigerate the bowl, covered with a lid, until you’re prepped to grill.
