Description

A delicious and creamy milkshake inspired by the flavors of caramel pecan pie, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/3 cup toasted pecans (some whole, some chopped)
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add vanilla ice cream, milk, caramel sauce, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and crushed graham crackers to a blender. Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy.
  2. Drizzle caramel around the inside of your serving glass. Coat the rim with crushed graham crackers for a pie-crust finish.
  3. Pour milkshake into glass. Top generously with whipped cream, drizzle with more caramel, and sprinkle with toasted pecans and extra crumbs.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought or homemade caramel sauce.
  • Make sure to toast the pecans for enhanced flavor.
  • For an extra treat, try adding a shot of bourbon for an adult version.
