A festive cocktail that combines the flavors of pomegranate, orange, and spices to create a deliciously unique Christmas-themed margarita.

- 2 oz Tequila – I recommend Patron silver
- 2.5 oz Pomegranate juice
- 2 oz Orange juice
- 0.5 oz Orange liqueur – e.g. Cointreau
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp Ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp Ground ginger
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- Ginger beer – (optional)
Instructions
- Run a slice of tangerine or orange around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
- Add pomegranate juice, tangerine juice, tequila, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of cayenne pepper to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake for 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Add a splash of ginger beer for a bubbly, festive touch. (optional)
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add more honey.
- Make sure to use freshly squeezed juices for the best flavor.
