Description

A deliciously spicy Cajun steak served over creamy Alfredo pasta, perfect for a flavorful dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steaks, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat.
  8. Slice the steaks and serve over the creamy pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
