- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steaks, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat.
- Slice the steaks and serve over the creamy pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
