Description

Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs are a flavorful twist on the classic deviled eggs, featuring a spicy chili garlic sauce and creamy filling, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust based on spice preference)
  • Smoked paprika (for garnish)
  • Crispy fried onions (for a crunchy topping)

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the eggs in a large pot and covering them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Once done, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process and make peeling easier.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the filling and adjust the spice level by adding more chili garlic sauce if desired.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the halved egg whites. For a professional look, use a piping bag fitted with a star tip to create a beautiful swirl.
  5. Sprinkle a dash of smoked paprika over each egg and top with crispy fried onions. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce based on your spice preference.
  • Can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
