Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sausage and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the sausage in the skillet.
  6. Stir to coat the sausage and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
