- 225 g ground pork or beef
- 80 g green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 30 ml soy sauce

- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2.5 cm piece fresh ginger, minced

Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato cubes and simmer for 5–7 minutes until just tender but not fully cooked. Drain well and set aside.

- Stir in minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Add the drained, parboiled potatoes to the wok. Stir-fry for approximately 5 minutes until lightly golden.
- Add sliced green bell peppers. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until just softened.
- In a small bowl, blend soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Pour the mixture over the potato and meat medley.
- Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is evenly coated. Drizzle with sesame oil. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
