A refreshing and tropical cocktail that perfectly combines strawberries and pineapple, ideal for summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 Cups Ice
- 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 6 Ounces Pineapple Juice
- 4 Ounces White Rum
- 4 Ounces Cream of Coconut
- Fresh Strawberries (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Set the strawberry garnishes off to the side and add the rest of the ingredients to a powerful blender, starting with the ice and frozen strawberries.
- Blend for about a minute or until nice and smooth. If need be, use a tamper to move the items around in your blender as it’s mixing.
- Pour into two hurricane glasses, if desired.
- Pop the strawberry garnish on top and add a straw for the perfect finish.
- Enjoy!

- Make sure to use a high-powered blender for the best texture.
- Adjust the amount of rum to taste for a milder or stronger cocktail.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum for a delicious fruit smoothie.
