Description

A refreshing and tropical cocktail that perfectly combines strawberries and pineapple, ideal for summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 6 Ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 4 Ounces White Rum
  • 4 Ounces Cream of Coconut
  • Fresh Strawberries (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Set the strawberry garnishes off to the side and add the rest of the ingredients to a powerful blender, starting with the ice and frozen strawberries.
  2. Blend for about a minute or until nice and smooth. If need be, use a tamper to move the items around in your blender as it’s mixing.
  3. Pour into two hurricane glasses, if desired.
  4. Pop the strawberry garnish on top and add a straw for the perfect finish.
  5. Enjoy!

  • Make sure to use a high-powered blender for the best texture.
  • Adjust the amount of rum to taste for a milder or stronger cocktail.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum for a delicious fruit smoothie.
